A wedding photographer scanning through her camera found a surprising discovery on a bride’s big day, and the heart-stopping film has gone viral.

When Laura Palacios (@laurapalaciosphoto) shared her wedding ring incident with her followers, she received over 12.5 million views, 595,000 likes, and 600 comments.

According to Yahoo News, while shocking wedding images have already gone viral, such as the bride who zoomed in on her wedding photos and saw something was definitely “off” between the groom and the bridesmaid, Laura’s viral images may have brides all around the world clutching their rings on their wedding day.

Unlike the woman who discovered her engagement ring was secretly holding pieces of her own front teeth, Laura’s wedding ring mystery concerns a gold band with, well, nothing on it at all.

“Scrolling back through the camera still at the wedding and seeing…” Laura’s video begins.

Laura starts the images with a nice-looking shot of the bride and groom feeding each other a slice of cake. However, as Laura zooms in, it becomes obvious that something is wrong with the bride’s ring.
She cuts to additional views of the bride’s ring, but she notices the same thing again and again: the huge diamond is missing.

“DID YOU FIND IT?” TikTok user @singleinsweats cried anxiously in the comments.

Laura reacted with a follow-up video that received over 774,000 views.

Replying to @user3206423994034 the most iconic cool and collected bride & groom ever. And shout out to @winegardennbv (the venue) employee who found it wedged between the slats of the dance floor. We ran over as I realized it must have fallen at some point on the dance floor based on the photos, and thankfully it wasn’t in the pool! AND thankfully the groom bought a diamond so big it got wedged in the gaps! #weddingstories #crazyweddingstory #founddiamond #fortlauderdalewedding

The diamond was found, much to the bride’s relief, thanks to an eagle-eyed venue worker.

“the most iconic cool and collected bride & groom ever. And shout out to @winegardennbv (the venue) employee who found it wedged between the slats of the dance floor,” Laura wrote in the follow-up video’s caption.

‘was it grasping onto hopes and dreams!?’

TikTokers were shocked by Laura’s nearly tragic tale.

“Oh no! Always make sure the diamond is set in platinum, it’s usually what jewelers use for the prongs,” commented @super_novaaah.

“no prongs!? was it grasping onto hopes and dreams!?” wrote @g00fygoobergabs.

“During engagement photos one time my brides ring FLEW off her hand and got ran over by a car!! Thankfully, we found it and minimal damage,” shared @s.h.photo.

Fortunately, Laura’s movie ended happily for her wife and will maybe remind viewers to always check their prongs!
