Fans wonder if Khloe Kardashian has undergone additional plastic surgery because she seems radically different in previously unseen photos of her without makeup.
The 38-year-old reality star’s facial profile was substantially different from what it is today in photos taken before and after her rhinoplasty.
The pictures were shared on an online forum where eagle-eyed fans compared the star’s face from now to a few years ago.
One person wrote: “This will be a very unpopular opinion but when Khloe is barefaced it doesn’t look like she’s gotten a lot of work done.”
A second fan wrote: “I think she’s has plenty of work done but I do think it’s really the photoshop that causes her to be unrecognizable.”
One fan defended her: “I always thought she was the prettiest one. I’m not sure about the new look though.”
While another person wrote: “Unfortunately since 2018 her face has changed a lot… tbh ever since Tristan she’s gone off the deep end getting work done… sad.”
Since she initially debuted on Keeping up with the Kardashians in 2007 with her entire family, Khloe has become a favourite among viewers.
But because the star’s visage seemed to change during the show’s seasons, viewers had a natural curiosity regarding whether or not she underwent cosmetic surgery.
As per The Mirror, Khloe finally acknowledged having cosmetic surgery last year, saying she underwent a nose job.
After years of rumours that she had undergone surgery, the reality star finally admitted it as she openly discussed her confidence issues on Keeping up with the Kardashians: The Final Curtain.
Host Andy Cohen asked: “Is there something that has been written about you or talked about that you feel like, ‘This is something that I always get, and it’s just not true’?”
“Well, for me, everyone says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ – I’ve had one nose job, Dr Raj Kanodia,” Khloe stated, crediting her surgeon in Beverly Hills.
On his Instagram Stories, the same doctor who wished her a happy birthday last week also shared a professional photo of a former patient.
Khloe shared the birthday wishes on her own Stories and replied: “Thank you for my perfect [nose emoji],” spurring fans to get the rumour mill churning once again as they speculated she’d had more plastic surgery than the one nose job she had previously admitted to.
It happens at the same time that Khloe and her sister Kim are currently facing accusations that they had secret weight loss surgery to achieve their new tiny figures.
