As Reported by CNN, Tuesday’s events will feature a special tribute at Glenn Memorial Church at Emory University, with an exclusive guest list including former First Lady Laura Bush. The following day, a funeral service will be held at Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, the Carters’ long-time church, followed by a private interment at the Carter residence.

The Biden administration has expressed its deep condolences, reflecting on the close relationship between the Bidens and the Carters.
